What is your refund policy?
All purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds for final purchases unless the product is defective or a mistake has been made on our side.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, the cost of your shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Disclaimer: Duties, taxes, and import fees are not covered by Jandae, this means that you may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery.
What is preorder vs premade?
PREORDER items will take 21-28 business days, as these items are made specifically for you. They go through our production cycle, from cutting and sewing to quality checks, packaging, and delivery.
PREMADE items are already produced and stocked. Domestic orders will take around 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days.
How long will it take to get my orders?
The delivery process depends on your location. Domestic deliveries take 3-7 business days, while international deliveries take 7-14 business days.
